How long does shipping take?

In Metropolitan France, shipping time is generally 2-4 business days, depending on destination. Don't hesitate to contact our customer service if your package hasn't been delivered within 7 business days.

Where's my gift package?

You can track your package with the postal tracking service (http://www.csuivi.courrier.laposte.fr/) using the gift package reference number sent by our customer service after purchase.

How do I pay?

I'm not satisfied with my gift. What should I do?

Global Stars is the only body that includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. That means you have 7 days starting from receipt of your gift to exercise the money-back guarantee. In this case, return the entire gift pack in its packaging to our address by registered mail; we will refund the full amount of your purchase.

Is my registration unique?

Global Stars Naming Association guarantees you that the name assigned to your star is unique in the Global Stars registry. So a star cannot be assigned twice in our registry.
